Choose a plan, upgrade, and manage billing

Understand one-time project plans, tenant-pair licensing, upgrades, and payment history.

Quick answer

ShareRestore offers one-time project plans with non-expiring restore credits. Buy or upgrade against the intended project, then manage payment details through the billing portal.

Your next step

Select the right project in Account and credits before opening Checkout or choosing an upgrade.

Project plans

A project license covers one source/destination tenant pair. Licenses and unused credits do not expire. Use the current pricing and account screens to confirm the catalog before purchasing.

PlanOne-time USD priceRestore credits
Small project$49910,000
Standard project$1,499100,000
Large project$2,999500,000

Buy or upgrade the intended project

An upgrade charges the difference between the project tiers and retains usage already recorded. For example, moving from Small to Standard increases the total allowance to 100,000 credits; it does not reset previously used credits.

  1. Open Account and credits and select the project.
  2. Review its existing plan, available credits, and estimate.
  3. Select the appropriate purchase or upgrade action and review the hosted Checkout details.
  4. Return to the account page and confirm the purchase and credit balance. Refresh if payment confirmation is still being processed.

View billing details and purchases

Open the profile menu and choose Manage billing, or use Billing portal on the account page. The hosted portal provides the billing actions available for your customer record. Purchase history also shows the project, plan, amount, and payment status.

A browser redirect from Checkout alone does not grant a license. The service verifies the payment. If a payment appears complete but the account is not updated, send support the project and visible order/payment reference; do not include card details.

Licensing does not change Microsoft access by itself

Buying credits does not start a restore or change tenant permissions. You still prepare, review, and approve the intended batch. Deleting a project does not restore trial credits or remove purchase history, and refund/dispute handling does not automatically revoke Microsoft 365 access already restored.
